من منطلق ايماننا بأن خيار الاسترجاع والاستبدال حقٌ للمستهلك نعدكم بأن نبذل ما في وسعنا لتتم عملية الاسترجاع أو الاستبدال بمنتهى البساطة والسلاسة قدر الإمكان..

حيث يسعدنا أن نقوم بخدمتكم من خلال اتباعكم الإجراءات التالية:

لإرجاع او استبدال أي منتج قمت بشرائه من متجرنا يسعدنا استقبال رسالة على الأيميل التالي devrand.sa@gmail.com أو رقم الواتساب 00966598565600  كما وأن هذه العملية متاحه خلال 3 أيام من تاريخ استلام المنتج من قبل العميل.

وفي حال استلام العميل منتج تالف عليه الإبلاغ عن ذلك خلال مدة لا تتجاوز 24 ساعة من استلامه وللعميل الحق في استرجاعه أو استبداله.

1-  الفترة الزمنية للاسترجاع أو الاستبدال :

–   تتم معالجة طلباتكم الخاصة بالاسترجاع او الاستبدال في مدة أقصاها 14 يومًا من تاريخ استلامنا للمنتج المرسل من قبل العميل.

2-  الشروط والأحكام:

–    أن يكون المنتج في عبوة ومواد التغليف الأصلية وبنفس حالته عند الشراء وخالي من أي اضرار .

–   أن لا تتجاوز الفترة الزمنية للاسترجاع او الاستبدال 3 أيام .

–    يلزم عند الاسترجاع إعادة جميع المحتويات المستلمة مع المنتج عند الشراء في عبوتها الأصلية بما في ذلك فاتورة الشراء.

–   يتم احتساب رسوم إضافية للشحن عند رغبة العميل في الاسترجاع أو الاستبدال

To return or exchange any product purchased from our store, please feel free to contact us via email at devrand.sa@gmail.com or via WhatsApp at 00966598565600. This service is available within 3 days of the customer receiving the product.

If the customer receives a damaged product, they must report it within 24 hours of receipt, and they have the right to return or exchange it.

1- Timeframe for Returns or Exchanges:

• Return or exchange requests are processed within a maximum of 14 days from the date we receive the product sent by the customer.

2- Terms and Conditions:

• The product must be in its original packaging and materials, in the same condition as when purchased, and free from any damage.
• The timeframe for returns or exchanges must not exceed 3 days.
• Upon return, all items received with the product at the time of purchase must be returned in their original packaging, including the purchase invoice.
• Additional shipping fees apply if the customer wishes to return or exchange the product.
